High Temperature Type: HT Ventilators Wentech

The Ducted Fans type HT are resistant for continuous operation in the temperature range of: -20 up to +100 ^oC. The fan impellers are equipped with blades which resist the maximum temperature of +130 ^oC.
Additionally the lightweight and durable fan impellers installed inthe fans extend the motor bearings lifetime, operated in hightemperature.
The main distinguish feature between high temperature fans andstandard ducted fans are special motors and special fan impellers whichresist the constant high temperature up to 100 ^oC.
Especially selected fan impellers and blade profiles result in lowpower consumption. Failure free even if operated in difficultconditions, i.e. in dusty and warm atmosphere.

Diameter range: 300 - 1000 mm.
Installed motors outputs: 0,37 - 5,5 kW.
Airflow volume: 2800 - 50400 m³/h.
Motors: 3 phase, made in closed casings, available in cast iron or cast aluminium, maintenance free bearings; IP 55.
Standard operational temperature: -20 up to +100 ^oC
Casing: steel, hot-dip galvanized;
Fan impellers: Highly efficient, equipped with well elaboratedblade profiles, made of PAG (fibreglass reinforced polyamide).Impellers hubs are made of pressure cast aluminium. Balanceddynamically in G6,3 grade.

Optional features:
The type HT ducted fans are available also with impellers blades madeof ryton (RYT). This blades material is perfect for aggressive andhighly dusty medium, also for luxan gas, high temperatures (max. 240 ^oC) and high probability of mechanical damage.
Motors: IP 56, insulation class H, dry or wet tropic.
